Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our Castle Towers team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating professional and personalized experiences for our customers, achieving strong sales targets, and maintaining excellent store presentation and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to deliver accurate information to customers
  • Create personalized experiences for customers to add to their jewellery and watch collections
  • Achieve strong sales targets and KPI results
  • Maintain excellent store presentation and merchandising standards
Requirements
  • Previous 1-on-1 selling experience in a customer service-oriented position
  • Ability to drive sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work efficiently, individually and in a team
  • Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements
