We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Department Manager, responsible for leading our store operations and managing their department end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a high-performance culture by leading our values, ways of working and expected behaviours
  • Proven experience in leading teams, building relationships and driving change
  • Be an organised, detail-focused and self-motivated team player
  • Implement safety processes to ensure compliance within SOP regulations. Delivering safety training, supporting injury management and promoting a safe work environment
  • Have strong communications skills, being able to adjust or adapt for our diverse workforce
  • Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, team needs and customer expectations
  • Ability to interpret and use data to monitor sales, forecast trends and drive strategic decision making
Requirements
