What sets our Graduate Program apart
A smooth transition: We will provide you with a great onboarding experience, a high level of supervision and ongoing support, and a caseload you can ease in to. You will also have a dedicated buddy to help you settle in and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence.
Your own mentors: Feel reassured that you'll be mentored by an experienced clinician, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, client's homes and schools, and via telehealth. You'll also have 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior clinician to support your career ambitions for the future.
Connected with the brightest: The level of talent at Early Start Australia is impressive. With over 45 clinics nationally, our teams are well connected so you'll have access to world renowned professionals and learn some of the best brains across Australia.
Collaborate as one: Our close-knit and supportive multi-disciplinary teams inspire an environment of connection and collaboration. Work with dedicated Allied Health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to a holistic care approach for our wonderful clients.
Balance the way you work: Here, you'll get to enjoy a combination of working in-clinic and in-community.
