We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Lead to join our Commercial & Personal Injury (CPI) Data, Analytics & Reporting (DAR) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise closely with CPI and technology teams to ensure effective delivery of DAR priorities.
  • Lead in shaping the CPI data strategy, considering both business and technical requirements.
  • Deliver and/or maintain solutions to support performance, operational, customer, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure developed solutions align with Group and business function strategy and support delivery of CPI Data Analytics Strategy.
  • Highlight gaps and opportunities in existing analytics solutions and champion new and transformational analytics solutions.
  • Mentor and coach team members in delivery of data analytics solutions and support business capability uplift aligned with Data, Analytics & Reporting Program of Work.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in data and analytics role in financial services, information technology, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Expertise in delivering data and analytics solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Working experience and knowledge of data lifecycle – gathering requirements, data warehouse concepts, sourcing data from core systems (SQL and other tools), and developing and maintaining data analytics solutions.
  • Strong working experience on data and analytics solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, Redshift SQL, Databricks).
