A Day in the Life

An exciting role for a Territory Manager supporting Surgical portfolio within Advanced Surgical Technology space.

This position requires a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to drive your own success, grow market share and achieve sales revenues.

The role is based in Adelaide, Australia and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional image.
  • Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on products - product updates, trials and in-services.
  • Gather market intelligence by observation, discussion or research.
  • Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained.
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to our products.
  • Actively seek to develop and expand on territory management and selling skills.
  • Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory but a plus.
  • Talents with proven sales track record without healthcare background are welcome to apply. We provide comprehensive training.
  • A current driver's license and own transport is required.
