Our mission is to revolutionize the gaming industry by harnessing the power of blockchain technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented software engineer to contribute to the development of our flagship product, Immutable Play. Our platform enables studios to build, launch, and scale web3 games globally with ease and security.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for working across our end-to-end platform for building and scaling web3 games. You will focus on client-side components, particularly TypeScript and UI components.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality features
  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies such as Typescript, React, Next.js, Go, Node.js, AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Microservices, Event Oriented Systems, Terraform
  • Participate in product design sessions and help estimate and prioritize proposed features
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to best practices and coding standards

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in full-stack software engineering, a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences, and a solid understanding of system design principles. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to assist developments and have experience in teaching best practices to junior team members.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with extensive exposure to a product development environment

Strong background in TypeScript and React, with excellent back-end experience in TypeScript (bonus for having Golang)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to teach best practices to junior team members

Experience in working in a start-up or high-growth tech environment

Knowledge or interest in the Web3 space

Bonus Points:

Exposure to back-end engineering with AWS is highly desirable

Familiarity with blockchain technologies or Web3 technologies (e.g., experience with Ethereum, smart contracts, or crypto wallets)
