Job Overview

  • Provide IT support via phone, walk-up service, and ticketing system
  • Assist with operations and face-to-face user support
  • Troubleshoot devices and resolve common hardware/software issues
  • Support and educate users on systems and tools
  • Deliver troubleshooting and VIP support as needed
