Looking for a dynamic and flexible role where you can make a real difference in the lives of young children? As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic educator to work with us on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years, as well as supporting the implementation of our centre's programs and policies.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Implement Programs
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.

  • Experience and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.
  • Understanding of Early Years Principles
  • An understanding of early years principles gained through experience, education, or training.
