Retail Manager Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our team and take on a key leadership role in managing retailer relationships and driving business growth.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager who can establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, manage arrears, participate in leasing, and assist with forecasting and reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage and engage with individual retailers, assist Centre Manager with day-to-day operations, and participate in leasing and forecasting activities.
  • Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Centre Manager and work closely with the Retail Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with retailers, manage arrears, and contribute to business growth through effective partnership development.
