Store Leadership Role

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment that drives sales and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, memorable in-store experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build and nurture relationships with customers, embodying and promoting our brand spirit to cultivate a loyal customer base.
  • Sales and Performance: Drive sales and exceed targets by maintaining high visual merchandising standards, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure the store remains well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising standards and directives are consistently implemented and maintained.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store activities to prevent and address potential loss or theft.
