Key Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Key Technical Expert in our engineering team.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business results. This includes contributing to the design, build, and support of products that have a direct impact on strata managers and their clients.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of technical features – from prototyping to production.
  • Designing software solutions that solve business challenges and deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet real business needs.
Requirements
  • Hands-on knowledge of database technology (SQL)
  • Strong commercial experience in software development, solution design, and architecture.
  • Ideal exposure to GraphQL, AWS, CMS, mobile (React Native/Ionic/PWA) or performance/load testing.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and comfortable working within an Agile environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
