**Childcare Centre Leader Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader in Early Childhood Education to manage our centre's operations. As a Childcare Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, inspiring best practice, and fostering strong relationships with families and the local community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensuring a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Managing the performance and success of the centre
  • Management of daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering, occupancy
  • Leading, coaching, developing and supporting the professional development of your team
  • Developing strong relationships with families and the community
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Advocating for the rights of every child within your centre
  • Implementation and evaluation of quality programs that support the development of all children.

**About You:**

As an experienced leader in Early Childhood Education, you bring a proven ability to inspire teams, engage families, and champion children's learning and wellbeing. You have strong business acumen, a deep commitment to quality, and a passion for creating positive outcomes for children.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring and supportive environment for all children and their families
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
  • Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education)
  • Current Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
