About the Role
JPS Medical is seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our team and provide specialist diagnosis, treatment, and care for public hospital outpatients in medical oncology.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and integrated Cancer Service, offering medical oncology, radiation oncology, and haematology services across three sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist diagnosis, treatment, and care for public hospital outpatients in medical oncology
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in clinical trials and research, contributing to the advancement of cancer treatment and care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Registration with AHPRA and at least 12 months recent experience in medical oncology
- On RACP training program within 6 months of completing fellowship, or hold or be eligible for the FRACP
- Competent Authority Pathway eligibility for IMGs, or RACP interview date for IMGs
