About Upstate Sport

We are a division of the Cotton On Group, a leading provider of on-field kits and supporter wear for various sporting codes. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of our Upstate Sport team, responsible for developing graphic designs that reflect current trends and brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphic designs that meet brand standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with other team members to validate design direction and ensure commercial viability
  • Translate ideas into design solutions that meet business objectives

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field
  • Basic knowledge of product specifications, garment construction, and measurement
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize
