Job Opportunity: Senior Acoustic Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acoustic Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As part of a high-performing and friendly team, you will be responsible for delivering acoustic consulting services across the APAC region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out technical tasks requiring accuracy in calculations, data analysis, modelling and design, including manipulating and managing large data sets.
  • Work on projects involving environmental noise monitoring, building acoustics, 3D computer noise modelling, numerical analysis of results and associated reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior level staff.
  • Develop business development skills to bring influence to project breadth and range.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant bachelor degree (ideally mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental engineering or science).
  • 4-8+ years' experience within a consulting environment.
  • Capability and experience with coding, GIS, noise monitoring and prediction.
  • Experience with noise monitoring equipment and/or 3D computer noise models (SoundPLAN, CadnaA etc.).
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to build on business development skill set.
  • Proven record of high-level Project Delivery.
