The role involves developing and negotiating category strategies for ready-to-drink beverages with key customers to grow our brands within the Spirits Category. This includes ensuring achievement of full-year financial objectives by monitoring key deliverables and addressing shortfalls. You will also lead the execution and evaluation of strategic initiatives with customers, negotiate investment packages, and drive cross-functional engagement.
To excel in this role, you must have established experience in promotions, account management, or key account management within the FMCG or Liquor environment, with well-developed analytical capability to drive data into practical insights. Ability to manage profit and loss statements and customer profit and loss statements is essential, along with experience in negotiating with customers and managing multiple dependent collaborators internally and externally.
