English Curriculum Leader

A highly skilled educator is required to lead and manage a team of English teachers in developing and implementing evidence-based teaching and learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality English curricula that meet the needs of all students, incorporating innovative approaches and strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of English teachers to achieve academic excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared accountability.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching practice, promoting professional growth and development among team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive school improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and achievement, using data to inform instruction and drive decision-making.
Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated expertise in English education and curriculum development, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve academic excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student outcomes, driving school improvement through evidence-based practice.
