Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in McGraths Hill, NSW on a permanent full-time basis. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This fast-paced and hands-on role will see you develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies, ensure high levels of customer service are maintained, handle cash transactions, accurately mix and tint paint, and assist in maintaining stock levels.

You will also be responsible for complying with safety standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing exceptional service to our customers. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Accurately mix and tint paint
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
  • Comply with safety standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to lift up to 25kgs regularly. You will also need to be willing to learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
