Retail Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in generating valuable income for our organization.

About the Role:

  • Represent our team and brand through your passion for retail, and encourage the same within your team to create a positive supportive store atmosphere.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager, to support the goals and mission of our organization.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Train and support volunteers.
  • Drive sales to achieve set targets.
  • Oversee and review all goods for sale in the store.
  • Direct and monitor the daily register opening & closing procedures.
  • Maintain and periodically review the shop's pricing list.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident in retail and must have demonstrated leadership experience in a retail environment (minimum of 2 years in a similar role).
  • Knowledge of products and brands.
  • Proven visual/merchandising skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to supervise & provide direction to a small team.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 38 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday.
