About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our delivery stations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of process assistants and delivery service providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with FLEX drivers.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers, and support all safety programs.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Track and monitor sorting operations and dispatch, and present findings to senior leadership team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
