Spray Painting Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to support ongoing structural steel projects.

The successful candidate will manage a small paint bay and carry out high-quality industrial spray-painting work on structural steel components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industrial spray painting of structural steel
  • Manage and supervise a small paint bay team
  • Check and mark off load lists for accuracy and job readiness
  • Assist with loading trucks and preparing finished goods for dispatch
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous industrial spray-painting experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Forklift license - Essential
  • Truck license - Advantageous but not essential
  • No formal qualifications necessary, just a solid work ethic and relevant experience
  • Previous leading hand experience - desirable
