Our Eden Social Club

This opportunity delivers care within our Eden Social Club in Redcliffe, offering a socialisation and supervision experience according to each client's care plan.

What We Offer
  • Casual roles available with flexibility across Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
  • Opportunities to provide care and supervision in a social club setting, including organised activities and events for clients to enjoy.
  • Chance to go offsite and provide care and supervision for clients, including the opportunity to drive a 12-Seater Bus (if available).
What You Need to Apply
  • No formal qualification necessary, but Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage.
  • First Aid certificate desirable.
  • Empathy and compassion are essential, and we can train you to do the job if you have the willingness and desire.
  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy skills, including smartphone usage.
  • Strong team player with confident communication skills to communicate changes in care, complete documentation, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Supportive arrangements during the pandemic, including COVID-19 Special Leave if required to isolate, additional paid screening time each shift, and full supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Career progression opportunities to progress through to management level.
  • First Aid Training and Certification provided.
