Cyber and Technology Underwriting Career Opportunity

This role is designed to deliver underwriting profit and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.
We are seeking a skilled underwriter to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve financial targets for allocated broker panels
- Deliver distribution activities, including broker visits, key account management, prospecting, and new business generation
- Appropriately use delegated underwriting authority
- Assess risks and deploy capacity on new and renewal business, including endorsement of existing coverage
- Adhere to product guidelines and initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies
- Develop and execute a personal distribution plan for assigned broker panels, including key account management plans, renewal portfolio management, and cross-selling activities
- Collaborate closely with practice leaders and product line managers
- Experience underwriting technology PI, casualty, and cyber classes of business in an intermediated market
- Ability to handle a mix of mid-market volume business and large, complex accounts
- Knowledge of relevant pricing techniques and claim development
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in products and industry dynamics
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to influence decisions
