Westgold Resources is shaping the future of gold mining in Western Australia, offering a comprehensive 2-year Graduate Program for motivated individuals. This program provides tailored mentoring, technical development, dedicated support, and role-specific training to gain highly sought-after skills in one of Australia's premier gold-producing areas.
This graduate position involves participating in a rotational training program across our Western Australian mine sites, learning directly from seasoned professionals. The program includes practical underground requirements to obtain your First Class Mine Managers Certificate for those wishing to do so.
We are seeking passionate and driven graduates with a Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering to join our team as Graduate Mining Engineers. A Manual Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance are also required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to pass Westgold's pre-employment process are essential.
