We are seeking an experienced Electrical Instructor to join our team at the Mt Gambier campus. The successful applicant will have a strong background in electrical training and assessment, and a passion for delivering high-quality education and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality training and assessment to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives
* Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of industry and community
* Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement training programs
* Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Relevant industry experience and qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Flexibility to work across multiple campuses and locations
