About the Role
The primary responsibility of a TAFE SA Lecturer in Electrical is to provide a high-quality educational service, encompassing training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives.
Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry and community clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and industry
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain industry relationships to enhance training opportunities
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement processes
Requirements
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Have relevant industry experience or teaching experience in TAFE SA
- Meet the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Be eligible to work in Australia
