Drive growth and make a difference in your community with this exciting full-time opportunity. As a Home Care Client and Community Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and impact.

We're looking for someone to help drive client growth and build meaningful connections within the community. With your expertise in home care and ability to identify new clients, you'll be the trusted expert that clients turn to when navigating home care services.

This is a relationship-building opportunity where you'll guide clients through the process with ease, explaining options and ensuring they understand the aged care process. You'll also lead generation and client acquisition through innovative outreach, creative networking, and tapping into existing community relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in home care with a deep understanding of the industry. They will be a client acquisition pro, a creative thinker, and a self-starter with strong organisation skills. This person will thrive on making connections and guiding people to support they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the process with ease, explaining options and ensuring they understand the aged care process.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Drive lead generation and client acquisition through innovative outreach, creative networking, and tapping into existing community relationships.
  • Think Outside the Box: Come up with fresh solutions to client acquisition challenges and adapt to new ways of engaging clients.
  • Community Engagement: Build profile and represent our organisation within the community, attending and presenting at events, building partnerships, and raising awareness of our services.
  • Customer Care: Maintain ongoing communication with new clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their aged care journey.
