Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Team Members adhere to QSE & Food Safety standards.
  • Elevate team performance through coaching, feedback, and facilitating training using Krispy Kreme systems and processes.
  • Lead teams to complete tasks on time, meeting Krispy Kreme standards.
  • Deal professionally with customer feedback in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
  • Manage cash handling, overseeing product quality, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Achieve sales, labor, and materials targets as directed.
  • Act as the 'Store Champion' for promotions, local store marketing activities, and in-store events.
