Support Worker - Disability Care

About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide tailored, person-centred care to individuals living with disability.

This role involves supporting people in both Supported Independent Living and Lifestyle Programs.

  • Work across a 24/7 roster, supporting clients in their homes or in shared housing.
  • Provide active support for clients facing high medical and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work morning shifts, as early as 6am, and at short notice to cover sick leave is required.
  • Track and document clients' changing needs while fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Hold an unrestricted New South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrated competency in basic technology usage on mobile and desktop platforms.
