About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Vineyard Operator. Located in the Yarra Valley, this role offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment with a team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting and pruning of vines
- Operation of tractors and other farm machinery
- Canopy management and maintenance
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous vineyard experience and a strong understanding of agricultural operations. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
