About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vineyard Specialist to join our team in the Yarra Valley. As a Vineyard Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vineyards, including harvesting, pruning, tractor operations, and canopy management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our vineyards are maintained to the highest standards and that our wines are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting and pruning of grapes
- Operation and maintenance of tractors and other farm machinery
- Canopy management and vineyard maintenance
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual with good interpersonal skills and the capacity to learn in a team-based working environment. You will have previous experience in the wine industry, preferably in a vineyard setting, and be familiar with the operation of tractors and other farm machinery. You will also have a strong commitment to quality and safety and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
