Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Property and Facilities Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Property and Facilities to manage a diverse national portfolio of leased and owned assets.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic insight and hands-on execution to drive business outcomes and enhance service delivery.

  • Partner with business leaders to anticipate and address evolving property needs.
  • Support the national property strategy through portfolio optimisation, cost control, and lease negotiations.
  • Maintain robust property systems and lead capital works planning.
  • Coordinate compliance activities across fire safety, HAZMAT, and preventative maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Degree-level business or real estate qualifications
  • A solid grasp of property legislation and compliance requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing leases, facilities operations, commercial fitouts, and make good obligations
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Familiarity with project management principles and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
