About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative, safe, and industry-leading projects in the oil and gas, materials handling, and water infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical and instrumentation systems for complex projects
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to produce engineering deliverables to our standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Relevant (7+ years) and current Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering experience
  • Design exposure to LV and HV distribution system design, including motor control centers and switchboards
  • PLC and Remote IO control system design experience
  • Material handling and process plant instrumentation design experience
  • Field instrumentation and actuated valves specification, selection, and design experience
  • Experience working in the mining, oil and gas, water, and infrastructure sectors
  • Strong focus on safety in design
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
