Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Implementation Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the deployment of our hardware and software solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of our solutions onsite and remotely.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth technical delivery.
  • Assist with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support post-go-live hypercare and help resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Deliver client training and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in software implementation, technical support, or solution delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and system configuration (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience working in SaaS or application support environments is a plus.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel domestically for project delivery.
