The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for technical delivery, designing, building, and documenting integrations that address customer and market needs.

This role offers opportunities for growth into product-facing responsibilities, supporting localization projects, contributing to technical reviews, and translating AU requirements into specifications for Product and Engineering.

This makes it an excellent fit for someone who is technically fluent, product-curious, and skilled at stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain integrations using Tray.ai, Postman, and bespoke internal tools.
  • Document solution patterns and workflows to improve repeatability and scale.
  • Collaborate with third-party developers and technical partners to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure solutions meet local market requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of delivered integrations.
  • Contribute to product localization projects, translating technical requirements into clear specifications and supporting technical reviews with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven patterns).
  • Background in building or maintaining SaaS platform solutions (integrations, workflows, or technical delivery).
  • Familiarity with low-code tools.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to develop coding capability.
  • Proficiency using AI productivity tools (e.g. Cursor, LLMs) to enhance development efficiency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence priorities and align delivery with strategic goals.
