Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Eight Mile Plains. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering various projects in the region. You will be responsible for managing client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships, reporting to Senior Management on contractor performance, and overseeing HSEQ compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies/procedures.
  • Manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Report to Senior Management on contractor performance and oversee HSEQ compliance.
  • Project Management including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement, and technical aspects.
  • Manage financials including monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Undertake risk assessments and auditing site operations to ensure procedures and processes are adhered to.

Requirements

We are seeking demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer delivering Asphalt/Civil TMR projects, together with a bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil) and strong financial and contractual acumen. You will be passionate about what you do and have a strong desire to work towards a leadership opportunity in the future.
