Administration SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Administration Specialist to provide end-to-end support for Japanese expatriates, including visa application and renewal coordination, housing arrangements, hotel bookings, medical insurance support, assistance with settling into life in Australia, and repatriation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for Japanese expatriates during their relocation and daily life in Australia.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth relocation and daily life setup.
  • Handle expense reimbursements, general administrative tasks, and perform Excel-based reporting and data entry.
  • Act as a backup for the Executive Assistant during absences.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software, and experience in administration, HR support, or expatriate services.
