Relocation Specialist Role

We are seeking highly skilled relocation specialists to join our Government and Defence team. As a relocation specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional relocation services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families.

Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless relocation experience for ADF members, providing world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution. This role requires a proactive approach to expectation management, ensuring clients understand the service scope and relocation life cycle.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong technical administration skills, particularly in relation to Defence relocation policy and entitlements. Your attention to detail and time management skills will enable you to effectively manage client key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, preferably in a similar role such as global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
