Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at a leading hospitality venue in Frankston. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the achievement of set financial targets, leading and inspiring the team, co-creating exceptional experiences for our guests, and ensuring compliance with all external bodies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the attainment of established financial goals.
  • Managing stock levels and inventory.
  • Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and appearance throughout the venue.
  • Staff management, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinating, executing, and assessing promotional activities.
  • Ensuring venue auditing and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is essential.
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • TAB Compliance.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt to various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
