Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated team leader to manage our Valet and Concierge services.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and working closely with the Services Supervisor to achieve our quality commitment.

You will lead by example, consistently driving customer satisfaction targets and setting the bar for service excellence within the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the team to maintain high customer service standards
  • Leading by example and consistently driving customer satisfaction targets
  • Setting the bar for service excellence within the team and providing training and coaching to align with our service standards
  • Maintaining open communication across multiple platforms and teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
