Full-Time Accountant Position

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wheelers Hill, VIC. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial records and prepare financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial documents and reports
- Experience in bookkeeping, month-end, and year-end close processes
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
- Knowledge of tax reporting, auditing, and compliance reporting
- Excellent understanding of budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
