Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of professionals, providing coaching and training to develop their skills
  • Oversee operations, including inventory management, product ordering, and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with the management team to provide feedback and recommendations for improving performance
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a leadership or management role, ideally within the retail industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management and product ordering
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
