Job Description

The Role: Senior Chef De Partie

This senior position is a key member of our busy kitchen team, reporting directly to the Sous and Executive Chefs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and leading by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, inspiring, and developing junior chefs through guidance and hands-on training
  • Promoting exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
  • Active participation in menu planning and development
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Providing information on menu items to support sales and customer service teams
  • Maintaining industry knowledge and staying up-to-date with current trends and developments

  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of current food trends and dietary developments
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
