OMNI Channel Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our customer service team on a part-time basis for approximately 8 months. The ideal candidate will have experience with omnichannel/eCommerce orders, functionality and reporting, as well as creating exceptional customer experiences across our retail and digital channels.

About the Role:
  • Releasing of omnichannel/eCommerce orders/clearing order holds
  • Processing daily returns
  • Providing omni reporting for business stakeholders
  • Effectively handling email/phone enquiries
  • Live Chat support for consumers
  • Supporting our brick and mortar store network
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Release orders from omnichannel and eCommerce platforms
  2. Process daily returns in accordance with company policies
  3. Provide regular reports to business stakeholders on omni channel performance
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  5. Engage with customers via live chat
  6. Support store operations at brick and mortar locations
Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills and pivot table knowledge
  • SAP/D365 experience desirable
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A positive and engaging communication style
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
