Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and refining our signature viennoiserie products, maintaining consistency and quality standards, and supporting pastry preparation, baking, and finishing.

  • Develop and refine our signature viennoiserie products in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
  • Maintain consistency and quality standards across all pastry products.
  • Support pastry preparation, baking, and finishing processes to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other production team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen or pastry environment.
  • Strong time management and work ethic skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
