Cyber Security Opportunity

Kinexus, a leading recruitment partner to the Defence Industry in Australia, is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge in technical components of cyber security and be able to expand those skills to a wide range of situations. This role requires specialist skills in multiple areas of technology and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments of Government entities and provide practical advice on improvements.
  • Develop scalable tools to assist with cyber security measurement and remediation.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance are essential.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of technical Cyber Security experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a security focus on enterprise systems.
  • Experience with implementing one or more of the Essential Eight Mitigation Strategies and other related security controls.
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced offensive security techniques, including evasion and bypass techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior SOC analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience with architecting SIEM solutions.
