Head of Finance Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance professional to join our team. As the head of finance, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes across our commercial division and leadership team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading financial planning and forecasting processes to deliver insights and actionable strategies aligned to our Mid Term Plan objectives.
  • Providing commercial and strategic guidance on all aspects of the Grocery channel, key partner relationships, and broader P&L impacts.
  • Developing and maintaining high-level account summary documentation that highlights key market details.
  • Supporting the GM Finance - ALB to regularly review performance of trade investment, commercial margin, Trade DMI, overheads, and capital investment.

  • A proven track record of leading financial planning and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
