Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services to our patients and staff. Your role will involve handling reception duties, managing switchboard operations, and assisting with the admission and discharge of patients.

Additionally, you will provide clerical assistance to the Medical Imaging Department, Visiting Specialists, and general administrative duties as directed by the Administration Coordinator and District Business Manager.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Managing switchboard operations, responding to incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handling patient admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate and timely processing of paperwork and documentation.
  • Providing clerical support to the Medical Imaging Department, Visiting Specialists, and general administrative duties as directed.
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
