We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing division at Capital Radiology in a Locum capacity.

The full-time contract will be available for an extended period, and the role will be based at our clinic. Candidates must have some form of cardiac experience.

A Registered Nurse (RN) role within the community radiology setting delivers safe, compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the radiology team to achieve best practice patient outcomes.

The RN engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of direct person-centered care.

The RN continually improves their skills and knowledge, developing from graduate to highly skilled Registered Nurse.

  • Registered Nurse equivalent qualification
  • Ability to cannulate, perform injections, and provide emergency care
  • Effective time management
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, discretion, and customer service
  • An understanding of current medical imaging nursing practices is preferred but not essential
  • Able to assist with interventional procedures, both pre and post procedural workup and after-care is required
