Project Coordinator for Digital Initiatives

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of innovative digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and status reports to drive project success.
  • Monitor progress against scope, milestones, and deadlines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide expert advice and support on complex project matters, leveraging technical expertise to drive results.
  • Coordinate research and support to committees through effective meeting facilitation, agenda management, and materials preparation.
About You:

Candidates should possess extensive experience in contemporary and agile project management, coupled with exceptional communication skills and technical proficiency in project management tools.

  • Proven track record (3+ years desirable) in coordinating complex IT and/or digital projects, with a strong focus on deliverables.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using various project management report tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and DevOps.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary and agile project management processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and accurately across reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • High analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and address complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team under limited direction.
